Efficient and helpful aid during time of stress
Dr. Gupta managed the various tasks associated with my intake urgent care psychiatric session with care and efficiency. He managed to listen to the problem I was experiencing, document the important points of my mental health history, provide resources to help me with finding more stable care that I have since utilized, and write me a prescription for medicine to help me sleep, which was one of my chief concerns. After reviewing the notes he left on my patient portal, I can see that there was only one misunderstanding in a long list of notes he was able to take during my session, which is commendable given the breadth of my history with mental health services and symptoms. He showed empathy for the situation I was in, gave me encouragement for the things I was doing well to improve my mental health, and listened attentively. I was very satisfied with my care during this appointment, and I have since used the steps he outlined to find a more permanent solution.
