Dr. Raoufi is excellent, caring, and very personable.

Dr. Raoufi was very pleasant, articulate and professional over the phone. He was like that at my first appointment also.

I recently had my first colonoscopy with Dr Raoufi. He made me feel at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Not only is he a very knowledge Doctor but is also very compassionate and caring of all his patients. He always takes his time and makes sure he listens to all my concerns without making me feel rushed. He is hands down an AMAZING doctor. We are blessed to have him and HIGHLY recommend him. Dr.Raoufi not only made me feel like a patient but more like family.

My husband and I recently had procedures performed by Dr. Raoufi. He is truly a wonderful physician! He has such a gentle and kind demeanor; making you feel at ease. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and advocates for their needs. We would recommend him as the BEST Gastroenterologist to any of our family and friends!!!

Had procedure done 6 weeks ago as recommended by my doctor and despite multiple requests still have not seen results. Went to Dr. Raoufi's office to request results and Dr. Raoufi said he didn't recognize me and to go to the hospital to get the results. Treated me like I was insignificant and not worth his time.

I would recommend Dr. Raoufi for your next colonoscopy. His expertise was part of what I call THE THREE WISE MEN, my team that saved my life from colon cancer. The other two doctors were Dr. William Pierce (surgeon) and Dr. Michael Asknin (anesthesiologist) at Lompoc Hospital, 2020. I have had Crohns Disease for 18y. I’ve been in/out of long term hospital care. Seen many GIs. I have never been treated so poorly. No pre-op meeting. No post-op briefing. No MEDS NO APPT NO CALL and just blew off a “virtual” appt. Asked inappropriate questions not concerning my medical history on the initial and ONLY visit before/after colonoscopy. This guy is a joke. His rating is high bc it’s a small town with NO other GI. If you want CARE don’t go here. He legit told me he chose this line of medicine bc the money is high and no one needs care after hours. He acts like it’s about money. Clearly a great doctor ??

Ok, to start off, He is what Doctors used to be like when I was growing up. He takes the time to listen to you, then instead of jumping to his opinion, he checks out your concerns & what your body is presenting. Then he takes the time to talk to you regarding his findings & make sure you understand what’s going on. A plan of action is presented, but all along, I never felt like a number or a patient. I felt like he had known me for years, like friends but closer...family. Thank you Dr Raoufi

Dr Raoufi has an extraordinary bedside manner. His expertise in his field and his procedural skill combine to make him hands down the best Gastroenterologist on the Central Coast. I both a nurse and his patient, so I should know!!

I would very strongly recommend Dr. Raoufi to anyone seeking a highly competent as well as caring, GI Dr. His staff was a pleasure to work with- a very different, caring feel from the moment they answered the phone, to scheduling an urgently needed appointment during the holidays for my 85 year old mother. Dr. Raoufi went above the call of duty and had her fit in during his lunch time in order to accommodate her need for an endoscopy. Others just referred to the ER. He is the best!

I had multiple procedures done by Dr. Raoufi. Each time, he was very attentive and kind in the way he explained the procedures to be done and the findings. His professionalism is exemplary and I would recommend him strongly.

After having abdominal pain for almost 2 years and seeing different doctors who wouldn't take the time to listen I finally found dr Raoufi. When I explained to dr Raoufi my symptoms he right away ordered an Ultrasound and gave me Dexilant which helped improve my symptoms . I was very pleased with dr Raoufi as he took action right away unlike the other doctors that I had previously seen. He is a very sweet man we sure are lucky to have A doctor like him in town.

I had my first Colonoscopy and Endoscopy with Dr. Raoufi and It couldn't have gone any better! I was asleep the whole time and before I knew it, it was over. I didn't feel a thing and couldn't believe I waited so long...the prep for the colonoscopy was the worse. Other then that, the Doctor and staff were awesome.

Dr. Raoufi and staff are very professional and very inviting every time I go in for a follow up. Dr. Raoufi's bedside manner is the best I have ever received from any doctor! We are definitely lucky to have him here in Lompoc.
