A. very caring, competent doctor
Dr. Al Masri started treating me when another doctor in this practice (whom I highly respected) moved out of town. Dr. Al Masri has been excellent in taking over my very complex situation. She always asks questions and listens completely to my responses. She also thoroughly explains her recommendations.

Can’t be bothered to treat her patients
Telehealth
My mom has been a patients of Dr. Al Masri for a year. She AGEED to take on her care when another doctor left the practice. Recently, while my mom, who has an immune deficiency, was VERY sick (going on 6 weeks now) Dr. Al Masri has refused to take her calls, the calls of other physicians trying to reach her multiple times to consult with her about my mom’s case, and refused to get on the call during a SCHEDULED virtual appointment. She is very lucky my family is not litigious and my mom is too sick to fight this battle, because this is patient abandonment. DO NOT waste your time. Find a doctor who cares to do her job.

On my very first visit on the first document I was asked to sign was a statement saying if I was 15 minutes late my appointment would be rescheduled an I would be fined $30. So I asked the receptionist if I was waiting over 15 minutes and arrived on time if they would pay me $30. She laughed and 07 said I would not agree. I was told to either sign it or leave. The waiting room was empty and 6 Dr.s share this clinic that was the first red flag and then a ridiculous late fee...oh please!
