Dr. Ramadurai placed a stent in me and was perfectly capable at surgery. However, as a doctor running a practice, he's incompetent. He's surrounded himself with a lazy inattentive staff that can't perform the most basic scheduling tasks, communicate poorly, don't seem to understand how to deal with insurance, and they make you feel completely unwelcome in the office. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Ramadurai's mind is elsewhere. Like I said, a fine surgeon, his practice is just poorly run.
