My first experience was great! The front desk lady was professional and on point with everything she needs from you. Dr. Rafic Jarrah was so professional and wastes no time with unnecessary stuff. The office uses technology to their advance, email reminders and having a web portal for appointments, etc. And they are close to my home in NE DC!

The doctor clearly had not read my medical record thoroughly if at all on each of the multiple visits I had. The visits were very rushed so much so He was addressing the wrong extremity. I find it ridiculous that I had to pay for visits where I had to explain my medical history to a certified physician because he would come in with simple misunderstandings. I work in healthcare so I know how easy it is to read a medical record. Additionally it was clear he did not listen to my concerns, did not follow up with my surgeons advice to continue my prescription for blood pressure medicine for 2 additional months as commonly deemed beneficial based on the situation, probably never contacted my surgeon period. My hematologist told me that was a huge mistake on his part and its probably why I experience the complications that I experience. The only think I would trust this man to do is order a lab test and not read it. If you have any life threatening illnesses do not go to this man.

Dr. Jarrah is amazing. I've been a patient of his for over ten years. He has an excellent bedside manner, and actually cares about his patients. I'm not the easiest patient (often don't listen), but he's always found a way to explain things to me in a way that helps me understand, and make the necessary changes to improve my health.

Worst Doctor. Stay away. Thought I broke my tailbone and he ordered incorrect X-ray. I had a gout out break and he ordered lab work but forgot to order the UNIX acid. Now it is the last time I will see him because I was out sick a couple of days and needed a note and he would not assist even though I was documented as being at the emergency room in the same hospital his office is located. This dr makes too many mistakes and Also, the male reception is very rude.
