Terrible. Unprofessional. LIED.
2 hours late for a telehealth, never did anything they said they'd do, dropped every ball passed to them, never followed through, everything falls on the patient and even then the Dr gets mad at you for correcting them when they repeatedly get your information wrong about your symptoms. Also Dr could not open test results so Dr flat out lied about them until I opened the results on quest and called her out. I was dropped as a patient for asking questions. Dr said no further testing was required for the additional symptoms I was having, never followed up on the chemo that I received for first autoimmune condition that most likely triggered the lupus, which is a chemo very similar to the chemo that can be used to treat the lupus and could be masking it. As the chemo wears off more symptoms emerge, but of course, I know nothing because I'm 'clearly just a difficult patient, and I should just go see somebody else if I have so much to say'.

Very thorough first exam
This dr. was extremely detailed and thorough in her exam....we felt totally confident she wants to find the issue and offer the proper treatment. The appointment involved lab work which could be done onsite. We are very glad our primary care physicial referred us to her.

Dr Khalil is very thorough with her exam and works hard to address your concerns. I have a complicated medical history and Dr. Khalil has taken her time with me and has tried to improve my condition.

Her exact words “I don’t have time for this”
My blood work came back positive for an autoimmune disease but she says I don’t have it, so I asked a simple question as to why I don’t have it when it says positive. she then tells me “I don’t have time for this, I’m in a rush”. She is rude, ignores anything you say and talks over you.

Today I was seen in office for multiple x-rays. I had a pinch nerve in my back making it difficult to walk or move. The x-ray tech was wonderful. She did all she could to make me comfortable including stacking boxes up for my legs.

0 stars! Very unfortunate that this is the only Rheumatoid doctor in town. Do not even think about going to this doctor if you have a condition called temporal artiritis. She recommended high dosage of steroids for my 93 year old Mom, then recommended we taper her down from 60mg to 40mg, which caused significant problems for her, and continued the taper process to quickly which eventually did her in. At one point when I was describing her symptoms of exhaustion and dizziness and her inability to even get up to walk to the bathroom by herself, her response back to me was "so what would you like to do?" Like I was the doctor??? Very sad. I had called the office and left a message with the front desk to let Dr. Khalil know that I had to put my Mom in Hospice, never did I hear back from her to even say sorry about her current condition. Total lack of empathy and concern.

This doctor saw me for about 10 minutes. I waited an hour past my appointment to see her. She mentioned to her coworker she wanted to leave by 1. It was 1:30 at the time and my appointment was at 12:30. I’ve been so sick and she wouldn’t even let me talk. She said my symptoms were in my head. She was rude and just ordered some bloodwork and sent me packing. Doctors are supposed to help people. They are supposed to want to help people. She does not! I mentioned her name to my neurologist and they even knew she was a bad doctor. Don’t go here! You will not get help! Unfortunately no one accepts my insurance in the area. Very unfortunate doctors only care about themselves and their money they make. The entire health system needs to crumble. It’s not working!

What went well was when she had a PA because the Dr is rude and condensing to patients as well as her staff. I witnessed her yelling and demeaning one of her staff at my last visit. I guess she got a new PA but I really don't feel she is very professional

NEVER GO THE THIS PYYSICIAN!!! I didn't even want to give her one star. This office calls me at 4:49pm to tell me that the PA doesn't work there anymore and the NP can't give me my treatment. Now, my appt was at 8am the next day. Not even a 24 hour notice. Now, if I didn't show up, I would have been charged. I took the day off and now they are telling me I can't come in until 11:45am instead. Unacceptable. I make my appts early for a reason and this was scheduled 3 months in advance and she just noticed it. Really!! And its the second time. It happened when her last PA left. Her new patients are more important then her long time patients. Her answer was, So what do you want me to do about!! Well, I will never being going back there, and I'll make sure my Primary Physician knows what is happening at that office. I would never recommend anyone to this office. Now I have to start looking for a new Arthritis Specialist because of the incompetence of the office.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I had the nerve to complain that I had to wait an hour in the exam room on the last 3 visits. She basically said get used to it. Another patient walked out due to the long wait. A week later I receive letter saying she no longer will be my doctor. So I guess if you see her don't complain or she'll drop you like a hot potato. She doesn't take a whole lo of time with you so I don't understand why it takes so long to see patients. If I was a dog I would call it a puppy mill....

I am surprised that I gave Dr. Khalil a rating of 1. It should be 0. She is very rude and seems irritated by any questions you ask. Worst part is, I went to her for an issue that started in November, and it is still not resolved. Back to square one. The office does not return phone calls. I would definitely not recommend her. I will be going to a rheumatologist out of town.

I told her that I had been waiting an hour after exrays. She became angry and told me to never come back to her office. She said she didn’t even know why her PA had call for exrays of my entire body because I had a negative ANA test.

I would never recommend her for my animals. Very rude. When I told her my mother recommended her she proceeded to tell me that my mother was noncompliancant and that meant I was going to be noncompliancant also. I went to her looking for help. Needless so say my first visit with her was my last visit. Oh ya and she thinks everyone is a Med seeker. Well guess what lady not everyone is and if your living with a diagnosis autoimmune disease I am almost sure you experience some kind of pain.

Went in for an apptointmebt regarding an increase in joint pain and enlarged lymph nodes only to have my symptoms dismissed. Never had my vitals taken or examined. Was told my blood work was fine in 2014 so no need to check again. I was compeltley dumbfounded. Poor excuse for a physician.

After walking into the exam room, Dr. Khalil didn't introduce herself after waiting for an hour she was very disinterested in why I was there. Terrible bedside manner. I will not be going back for my results. After finally introducing myself, she still didn't introduce herself. I will not recommend this Dr.
