Does not understand his own studies in psychiatry
Telehealth
If you have DID, this doctor will immediately begin slamming your symptom complaints, telling patients that DID is just a false thought implanted into patients minds by therapists!! Wow. This is EXTEMELY OFFENSIVE to make yourself vulnerable in a doctors office about DID, just for a doctor to have ZERO ability to BELIEVE in probably the one of the most painful mental disorder there are that many people suffer from and need help with. This doctor needs to learn how to speak to sick patients with RESPECT. Also, he needs to learn how to do his JOB, because he is a PSYCHIATRIST, who is supposed to fully understand DID and treat DID. Who else will? He failed at the basic essentials of his jobs with this one.

One of my worst experiences with a doctor was with Dr. Guerrero. Autistic adults often mask their symptoms, which is called "Autism Masking," for example by forcing eye contact, to name just one way to mask out of many countless ways. Dr. Guerrero only saw me for 1 appointment, masking my Autistic traits, and he not only failed to ever diagnose me with Autism based on this 1 behavioral assumption of his, but for years, he has even ignored my very INTENSE and very SEVERE social anxiety that is related to my Autism, that is so bad that I live my whole life in complete social isolation. THIS DOCTOR is NOT an Autism "specialist" that he claims he is. He cannot understand the psychological complexity of Autistic adults. He appears very simple minded. Ever heard of not reading a book by its cover, Dr. Guerrero? It is incredibly disheartening to be let down by a doctor like this, with something so incredibly sensitive like Autism is and autism related social anxiety is.

Bad experience
No answering calls after having my son with the worst side effects from a medication that he prescribed. Then his secretary says that he has a follow up appointment but it is at 5:30 which is after hours for him, so they need to charge me again. My son is only nine years old. Not fair. God have mercy!

My wife’s is being treated by dr Guerrero. He is just starting with a new medicine and having the worst side effects. He did not really talked to her about the side effects or what she would feel and what to do, he just prescribed. We tried to contact him but won’t get back To her, she is having a real really bad time. I would not take her to the clinic because we are in the peak of the coronavirus crisis and that makes her more anxious and we don’t want to expose ourselves right now. If this is the kind of doctor you want during a psychiatric crisis, he is the the one. If you want a caring doctor who is responsible with their patients look somewhere else.

I have seen doctor Guerrero since I was a child and now I'm an adult. He has always been caring and will even call to check on his patients. You can even text him if your having issues with medication or in a crisis. I highly recommend him! He listens to you even if your all over the place trying to describe how you feel. Lol
