Dr. Radhika Mohandas, MD

Wait time is crazy. Was sick and was waiting an hour for my appointment. Was coughing because I was sick but was wearing a mask. Finally put me in a room but after 30 minutes in the room a nurse came in and asked me to stop coughing because I was making the other patients feel uncomfortable. Like what kind of question is that? I had bronchitis and you want me to stop coughing? Then see me so I can go! After 2 hours after my appointment i finally saw her and got to leave. Then I called and made an appointment for something else, drove 45 minutes to get there to find the office closed. They forgot about my appointment and blamed me for not calling to confirm they put me on the books.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DOCTOR MOHANDAS FOR MANY YEARS, WAS DETECTED WITH COVI-19 POSITIVE IN CHOMP, AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL HER TO FOLLOW UP, BUT SHE DIDN'T GIVE AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL I HAD ANOTHER COVI TEST AND COMENEGATIVE. MY QUESTION IS WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR IS DR MOHANDAS THAT WHEN HER PATIENTS NEED IT, SHE REFUSES TO TREAT THEM THEN DOES IT WANT TO TREAT ONLY HEALTHY PATIENTS?

I'm a new patient at Dr Mohanda's Cass street office. I have had 2 visits which went well. What didn't go well was how I was treated by the office staff when I called in trying to get my prescriptions refilled. The first time I called I was told that the doctor only comes in on Monday and Tuesday. When I explained that I was running low, I was told I still had to wait. The following week I received a voice message stating that Dr Mohandas had refilled the prescription, but that I needed to schedule an appt with the Dr for further prescription refills. I waited a few more days and called my pharmacy for an update, and they said they were waiting for the Md order. So I called and spoke with Carissa, who stated that the prescription will not be refilled until I come in for an appointment. When I explained that I've been out of medication for a week, she told me I was a new patient and that the doctor will not refill until I come in for an follow up. Then she hung up on me!

Dr Mohandas and her staff continue to provide the best atmosphere for patients new or established. I’ve been a patient of hers for many years and every single visit they treat me with tender loving care. They care!!! Always smiling, friendly attitudes and laughter that always makes me feel better instantly. Thank you for staying open during these times of the unknown. Pandemic I appreciate You and Your teams continuous excellent professional and courteous care. You Really CARE!!! I’m grateful to be able to stay under your care. And Most of All ...... thank you for always encouraging the future nurses ( your staff) of America to follow their dreams. They will succeed because of you !!!

I have been going to Dr. Mohandas for 14 years and what I like is that she never pretends to know all ailments but always sends me to a specialist if needed. Perfect. I was having a problem with her staff at one time but that is fixed now, new staff. As far as having to wait, Dr. Mohandas never rushes me out of the office and always listens to every little problem I experience even if not what I made the appointment for. That's why I always make my appointments in the morning because if she treats all patients like she does me, of course she will be behind.

When you can see her she is a good doctor; however, she substitutes in a nurse practitioner without your prior approval and the wait times are horrible. Today after waiting almost 30 minutes I asked about the status and was told the doctor was running behind - she was in the office with a patient and had 3 more ahead of us. The estimated wait time was 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The patient is over 100 years old. The receptionist was not compassionate at all. Someone over 100 years old cannot sit on those slippery cushions for that long of a delay and it happens with too much frequency. We are very unhappy.

I have always received the best treatment from Dr Mohandas. She is attentive to a patient's needs and questions, as well as very knowledgeable and skilled. I have the utmost confidence in her as a physician and highly recommend her.

Dr Mohandas is my physician for past 5 years, she is a fantastic! I will definitely recommend her to my friends!

I do NOT recommend.. When I went to her I was in agony. I told her I'd been on antibiotics for a week and the antibiotics were not working. So she wrote an Rx for more antibiotics, the same med I'd been taking for a week that was NOT working. When I left her office instead of taking her redundant prescription to be filled, I went to CHOMP's emergency room where a knowledgeable MD wrote an Rx for Detrol LA that solved the problem. Her medical training was in INDIA, don't they have same drugs?

Horrible support staff, miserable service, long wait time, more about your money. I have fired Dr. Mohandas as my doctor.

She is good but her office staff makes it a terrible experience.

Dr Radhika Mohandas has been my primary care doctor and I can't be happier with her care and treatment. She is a very thoughtful doctor who listens to her patients and is very experienced. I have seen different doctors but I am grateful to be under her care. She is simply the best on all fronts! Highly recommended. Roni. A

This office will make a mistake regarding EVERYTHING. They put you on hold forever, don't return phone calls, make you go in for a simple non-controlled drug prescription refill, make you an hour at most appointments, and they DO NOT do what they promise they will do. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!

My experience with this office was terrifying and horrible. This is a shoddy operation. I had a cosmetic procedure that was awful and unsanitary - not to mention completely unsuccessful and disfiguring.

She may be good doctor but you have to spend 2 hours each time in her office, Waiting!! Waste ur time. Doesn't care to fix it.

I had a very good experience in the office . The doctor listened and was very thorough in her examination , I feel very comfortable going to her and her staff was great

Dr Mohandas is a great listener and was able to assist me immediately. Her staff has been extremely helpful. I will continue to refer my friends and clients to her..
