WONDERFUL, she is takes the time to really listens to your problem and explains all of your options. You do not feel rushed like with most doctors. You feel she actually cares about your treatment plan. Susan and Alex are great as well!

Appointments at her office are like visits with good friends rather than a clinical-medical appointment. From Alex at the front desk, to Susan’s prepping and to Dr. Szekely’s professional yet friendly caring, the visit is comfortable and patient focused. Dr. Szekely listens, takes the time to understand the patient’s life and needs and makes a determination with the patient’s input what the best plan of action would be for their health! I have never experienced a more caring doctor and staff! Their intentions are clear. They want their patients to breathe better and live life not just to the fullest, but with enthusiasm too! Dr. Rachel Szekely is the most attentive, compassionate doctors that I have ever received treatment from! On every visit she allows me to go through my list of questions, symptoms and concerns. She listens carefully and provides solutions to situations, symptoms and healthcare. She establishes a course of action and then patiently reiterates the plan to ensure that there is complete understanding while allowing more time for further questions. When I leave her office, I am confident that the established course of action is going to be successful! There is no doubt that Dr. Szekely is in her chosen profession to help, serve and care for those in need. I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Szekely and her amazing team! The office staff is beyond helpful, accommodating, informative, and supportive. Alex, the office manager is one of the kindest people. Dr Szekely is a wonderful doctor, always listens to your problems and has awesone answers and always there for you! I recommend her to anyone that has allergy issues!

I would never recommend this doctor. She basically made me feel like a bad mother when I asked her questions regarding my son's medication. When I called her with a follow up question, she refused to call me back, instead having her staff tell me, "She has already answered all of your questions, you need to go back to your pediatrician." I'm sorry I did not have the same experience of the other reviewers, but I would absolutely never go back.

Have had trouble with Doctors in the past so I was prepared to feel the same and leave discouraged....What a pleasant surprise! Dr. Szekely and her staff were wonderful. Left with all my questions answered and a treatment plan. What a plus! A Doctor that listens!

n the scene of Allergy professionals, this is the Ritz Carlton of them all, and even if I moved far away, I would without hesitation do whatever it took to continue to be a patient of Dr. Rachel Szekely. I appreciate this team and this practice more than I can express and am enjoying having my quality of life back. If you are even on the fence of using this practice or not, I can't encourage you enough to give them a try. You won't be sorry!

Dr. Szekely is great! She, and her staff are some of the most caring medical professionals I have ever met. Her hours are great (open late). They build in time for same or next day appointments for new patients. She took the time to make sure she understood my symptoms and gave me helpful solutions. I was never pressured into allergy shots. I chose to get them on my own after a while. Alex (practice manager) thoroughly explained insurance/billing and made sure everything was cost effective

I am so happy that I came to see Dr. Szekely! She is friendly, kind, a good listener, and a true pro at what she does! I had some allergy tests done that I was very anxious about, and her and her staff couldn't have been more caring and understanding! She took all of my concerns seriously, and prescribed me exactly what I needed! Her office, Allergy Centers of Northeast Ohio, in Mentor, is also very welcoming to new patients and well prepared to suit anyone's needs! Highly recommended!!!

Alex even came in the room to sit down with me privately about what I would owe and what insurance would cover, including my deductible. I tested positive for every single environment allergy I was tested for including a few food allergies and needed to be prescribed an EpiPen, and Dr. Szekeley stayed with me patiently and kindly answering my questions almost an hour after close
