So rude and arrogant
I hope i never have the displeasure of having dr. Rubin as mine or my children's doctor ever again. i have experienced her both at LF acute care (for my son) and NM emergency department (for my grandma). She's a stereotypical doctor who is rude and arrogant has decided a diagnosis and refuses to acknowledge or hear out the patients symptoms. As an ER nurse i was completely astonished and baffled at her behavior.

While at the ER with a client experiencing a crisis, Dr Ruben's attitude was arrogant and rude. Even while sitting at the nurses station, where I could hear her conversing with staff, her attitude was dismissive and flippant. I know she is not representative of the facility, but certainly did not do much to win me over.

Dr. Rubin is the kind of doctor you hope for when you or a loved one ends up in the ER. She listens and cares. My mom fell two months ago and wound up with a very bad infection in her knee. Dr. Rubin sat down with us and took the time to understand the whole story. My mom is from out of town and didn't have a Primary physician and I believe that Dr. Rubin helped a lot on the backend to make sure that my mom had the best care once she was admitted to the main hospital. The BEST!

Dr. Rubin is awesome. She has taken care of my daughter after soccer injuries at Lake Forrest Hospital. You can't find a nicer place or Doctor.
