Great staff and Dr. Klein was wonderful! Spent the time on each and every visit to hear my concerns and worries. Left her office feeling much better mentally regarding my prognosis.

Knowledgeable, Listens, Caring
Dr. Klein treated my skin cancer. She caught it early. She discussed my treatment options and answered all of my questions clearly and thououghly. I was able to communicate with the office via text as well! I like that as I may read the responses over again to understand her directions regarding home treatment medication usage to complete protocols correctly. My husband is now a patient as well for his routine check ups. He too was quite impressed.

Beware of new practice!!
Extremely unhappy with this place. Canceled my appointment with a previous practice so I could follow Dr. Klein to Nova. Big mistake. Waited 5 weeks, got there, gave my copay, and was then held hostage to give them a credit card and agree to let them charge me if anything went wrong with insurance. When I said I don't let anyone keep my card on file, they refused to see me or let me speak to a doctor. Very bad business practice from a customer service perspective.

Exceptional and caring. Was going to another Dermatologist for years. Started going to Dr. Klein based on a referral and she found things the other Dr. didn't. I can say she probably saved my life.

Dr Klein is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. She is brilliant with the most wonderful bedside manner. I had been suffering for so long with a skin condition, and she was the only dermatologist to fix it. I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Dr Klein to everyone. I have found my dermatologist for life.
