Best dermatologist in town!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Dean for several years now on the cosmetic side and she’s excellent. Her staff is wonderful, everyone is professional and friendly, there’s minimal wait time and they all work magic. It’s very easy to go overboard with injectables and the like - she keeps it natural, isn’t pushy and gives great recommendations. Great lasers and facials at her practice too!

Dr. Dean is very pleasant and professional. She diagnosed skin cancer on my husbands nose and guided us there. I have seen her as well, along with others in my family.

Dr. Dean diagnosed my condition immediately. She asked about family history of skin cancer. Fortunately, that was not the diagnosis. She was pleasant, professional and through. Her staff was friendly and very helpful with ordering prescriptions from my mail pharmacy, which greatly decreased the co-pay compared with retail pharmacies. This was such an encouraging visit, as I had not experienced this when visiting other providers. The treatment prescribed is effective. I have referred others to Dr. Dean.

She is the greatest doctor you will ever meet! So genuine and real. She has the BEST bedside manner in Alexandria! You will not find any doctor more dedicated. Her staff is a joy to see when I come in. They are always nice, and help me with any situation.

Nice front desk, but HORRIBLE bedside manners from the actual Doctor, Dr. Dean. Wait time was ridiculous and the rest of staff seems to be generous but also seems to be too pushy and trying too hard.
