This is not so much with Dr. Cain as it is with her office staff. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cain last month. I was assured they take Blue Cross Blue Shield. I Scheduled my appointment for Oct. 10 as that is a holiday for me. The office called back and confirmed my appointment. Today I called to ask what time my appointment was for Monday I was informed I do not have an appointment. They have my information but no appointment!!!! I was also informed that my BCBS insurance is not accepted that I would have to pay out of pocket!!!!! How would you feel if you were n my situation??? What kind of office do you run??? I need medical attention for my throat. I have waited for this appointment. Also, the phone number on this site is incorrect. It belongs to the Pharmacy. I had to be transferred several times to even get to the correct office. This is just beyond belief!!!!!

Dr. Cain's office did not even know she was an ear well provider, I had to call several times before they figured it out. I was quoted $550 for the ear well kit plus basic visit costs. Yet her office billed my insurance over $6000 claiming the "creation of an ear prosthesis from a series of cast impressions" my son never had a single impression done, nor was any mold created, the pre-fab earwell mold was used. All Dr. Cain did was remove the adhesive cover and apply it. To top it off the Dr. had me remove the mold 2 of the 3 times and still billed us $6000. I contacted the doctor personally as well as her office about the billing discrepancy and got a different excuse each time. They have still not corrected our bill, I had to file an appeal with my insurance company today as well as a formal complaint against Dr. Cain's license. This office also does not value their patients time as we waited well over 2 hours for one of my sons visits. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Cain and her team took a very reluctant patient, due to an awful experience 30 years ago, and put me at ease. The whole team cared for me and made me glad I finally decided to go ahead with the procedure. I can breath through my nose again, after not being able to for many years. I recommend Dr. Cain and her team with my highest mark!

Dr. Cain is exceptional! I had a Septoplasty. She is a very thorough surgeon. She and her staff prepare you for what to expect with the surgery and recovery. There are no surprises. My surgery and recovery went well and I can finally breathe! I highly recommend Dr. Cain
