Terrible customer service
I hate to do this but I do not recommend Dr. Bos or Rocky Mountain Family Medicine. While the visit itself is fine, the customer service and follow up has been a nightmare. I had to call multiple times over the last two months to get access to bloodwork, CT scan or ultrasound results and there is zero sense of urgency or proactive measures to get to the bottom of my health issue. I counted calling NINE TIMES for them to send my bloodwork results over and it took almost a month. I do not feel cared for and am shocked by the laziness and slow service. Someone at the front desk needs to find a better system for their to do list. They are scattered and ineffective, and I’m worried I have a real health issue that is going undiagnosed. That said, Dr. Bos seems knowledgeable and kind in person (although I bit forgetful and lacks attention to detail), but her staff is not setting patients up for success. Do not recommend.

Dr. Rachel Bos is an amazing doctor. Very few doctor's I have seen in my life match Dr. Bos. She has a very client centered, open-minded, pragmatic, collaborative, and integrative approach to medicine. I deeply respect her and highly recommend her!

I'm actually quite concerned that there is something wrong with Dr. Bos. I had a very negative experience with her, but at the core, it seemed like she was actually very mixed up and confused. It seemed like she made serious mistakes due to forgetting what was discussed in the appointment. It's not hard to see a negative trend in her recent reviews. She may have been a good doctor in the past, but she's clearly no longer doing good work with her patients.

Is it possible to leave - stars? It’s been weeks that I have tried to contact this drs assistant, she never calls back and continually rejects my request for refills. Don’t waste your money, dr Bos is ok but her staff is useless and totally incompetent.

This doctor is a jerk. I went to her for 3 different problems on 3 different occasion's and she was wrong about all of them. She talks way too fast and her bedside manner is overly perky and full of fake smiles. Not once did she express a concern for my feelings or state of mind. When I told her my pet died and wondered if that caused me to relapse, she ignored my grief but made sure to point out that I wrong and I don't know what a relapse is. When I was exhausted, sick and having a hard time following her technical explanation, her response was to get snarky and short with me.
