The positive reviews must be fake, my experience was exact opposite. Staff/physician was not friendly. Poorly run office.

Dr. Evans and her nurse, Yanel, are the best! Yanel is easy going and makes you feel at ease. They listen and respond to messages pretty quickly. Even with my many questions, Dr. Evans answers them all.

Dr. Evans is the best.

Never have a problem getting an appointment, and I can even book online or do a video visit with Dr. Evans. She takes time to listen to my concerns and suggest alternatives, explaining why she recommends a certain course of action. She also responds to email within 48 hours (usually less). No issues with wait time.

Dr. Evans is the best doctor I have ever had. She takes the time to listen and is very thorough. I’m extremely happy I found her and would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.

Dr Evans and her staff are the absolute worst physicians office; no I would not recommend! Lack compassion. They are difficult to get on the phone. They stack their appointments so there is ridiculously long wait times. However, if you are 5 minutes late they will turn you away BUT first they will have you wait for almost an hour in their lobby before they tell you they can't see you cause you were late! This is after calling them to notify you'd be 5 min late and they tell you no problem!

Would not recommend this office. Make sure to request a copy of your medical records to review. I had to request a correction as there were some incorrect information. They did correct the issue but after several unnecessary calls. Nobody seems to know what they are doing, management included. Horrible horrible place. Would not trust my care to them. They do not care about their established patients only interested in obtaining more new patients.

Dr. Evans is the absolute best doctor I've ever had. My fiance and I have been going to her for a few years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. She's extremely friendly, personable, and very respectful. She takes the time to listen to you and understand your situation, and provides a care plan that best suits your lifestyle. I can not recommend her highly enough. She's the best!

I really like Dr. Evans and highly recommend her. She is extremely friendly and takes plenty of time for our visits. I appreciate never feeling rushed when I see her. She really cares about her patients.

Dr Evans is great! She helps with a problem if you come to her with the problem. I wouldn't say diagnoses is her strong point but she can fix things if you work together. The worst thing though is her office. It is run so poorly. You will never get a call back if you leave a message. If you get through to a nurse, they speak down to you and will not answer questions over the phone. Having a prescription called in for an illness Afterhours is unheard of with this office. Don't expect help!

Rachel Evans is possibly the worse doctor I've had as a physician. No physician would offer congratulations to a patient when informed that a disease has spread to another part of their body but Dr. Evans did. Every doctor calls when they notice the patient blood work is off. Not Dr. Evans. Medications that were needed she refused. Calling the office I was placed on hold for 25 minutes, two hang up, and still no call from the administrator. Yet, Dr. Evans mailed out a letter of withdrawal.

My husband visited De. Evans for the first time today and was pleased with the amount of time it took to get him in and out of the office!!

Dr. Evans has been a very excellent doctor, very patient with a stubborn and difficult patient (me), and supportive of circumstances, needs, and health goals. She can explain things in levels from extra technical to simple dummy talk. I generally hate going to the doctor, but she's very ok. I have recommended her, and will continue to do so.
