This was my first time meeting with my new provider, Dr. Massoud. She Was absolutely lovely. She Was kind, took the time to listen to me, made me feel so much better about some concerns I had, and had excellent bedside manner. I am truly happy she is my new primary care provider. My new patient appointment with her Was the best experience I've ever had with establishing care with a new PCP. She is a treasure !

This was my yearly check up and obtaining new doctor as my other primary moved on. I was so pleased with the suggested Dr from the appointment receptionist and everyone had been so thoughtful and friendly in the whole process. I will and have always been very pleased with Premera health care.
