Rushed Appointment/Extra Charges
I went to see Dr. Haque with a concern about a new skin formation and a full body check. While I feel like he was knowledgeable, the entire appointment took about 10 minutes and felt very rushed. My previous dermatologist took at least twice that amount of time checking my skin. In that time he cryofroze three places that took less 30 seconds to perform. This has always part of any full body derm check i've done. It was not explained to me that this would be submitted as an extra line item. Let's just say a surprise $360 bill (after insurance no less) was not welcome. Neither the office or Atrium was helpful in resolving my complaint. If you are executing a service that could incur extra cost, you should always let your patient know. Bad business. I will not be back.
