Not as I expected. Called 3 weeks prior to insure jell shot would be there. No shot just talked about surgery. Not what I wanted. Disappointed

Dr Grondel replaced both of my knees. One in 2007 and the other in 2020. Both surgeries were successful. I am very satisfied with Dr Grondel.

I had fluid on my right knee that was very painful. I am on the blood thinner Eliquist so I was very afraid to have the fluid removed. Dr Grondel did such a marvelous job removing the fluid (less painful than going to the Dentist) and also I had NO BRUISING WHATSOEVER! A miracle. He was very gentle and kind!

I have never been yelled by a doctor in office until I came here. If you are interested in being verbally abused by your physician, please, go to Dr. Grondel. Talk about a jerk. The other two physicians in his office - Dr. Tait, especially - are the exact opposite... use them to the fullest. Dr. Grondel's front office was so incredibly incompetent it was like they were TRYING TO LOSE PAPERWORK and misguide you. Literally an awful environment.

Dr. Grondel is an exceptional surgeon. My jobs are very physical and I've had to use his services several times in the past and just recently. Each time I'm surprised by just what a great job he does no matter how bad I've managed to mess things up. I have recommended him several times to friends and family that have needed to have orthopedic surgery. I believe he has no equal in the valley. .

Dr, Grondel has replaced two hips for me. I found him very attentive and willing to answer any questions that I had. Both hip replacements are still doing great. I especially appreciated his kindness and skill when I developed MRSA staff after my second operation. In no way was this the surgeon's fault, but his concern and care during this time were wonderful.

He made the most sense of any Dr. I spoke with and told me my options and that even with the MRI he would know more once he was able to look inside. He was very through did what was best for my knee. I believe I received the best from him. The procedure was done at St.Rose and the anesthesia and assistants were fine. Once I awoke (the hospital) staff wanted me to leave right away.

I believe Dr. Grondel is a very good doctor. However, if I were to recommend him to a friend I would advise the person to be prepared to wait at the minimum of at least an hour past their designated appointment time before seeing the doctor, and very likely longer. I would also advise them not to expect Dr. Grondel's staff to be especially sympathetic, if they should express dissatisfaction about the excessive wait time. They don't seem to be concerned about your wait time.

Dr. Grondell is the best. He did 2 knee surgeries on the same knee and I have enjoyed his work he did. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.
