Excellent, Highly Effective Specialist
Dr. Rashid is excellent. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, highly professional, and a clear communicator. She has been friendly in each visit and great at answering all of my questions. Dr. Rashid's treatment has also been highly effective; my dust mite allergy is effectively cured.

Rushed appointment, limited options for treatment
Disappointingly rushed and brash appointment after taking months to get one scheduled. Did not listen to feedback. Interaction felt like an interrogation.

Some people who stick to research. Dr. Rashid is probably a gifted specialist in many ways, but she does not seem to enjoy interacting with patients nor does she seem concerned about helping them. Completely unhelpful and unwilling to talk about options. I switched to someone else: night and day--we now have a better understanding of the problem and a path forward. I wasted a year with Dr Rashid.

She did not seem concerned with helping, but instead kept pushing for a follow up appointment when it was not necessary. She repeated all tests done previously elsewhere when they were negative (and were again). Still would not prescribe anything unless I came back in to review the negative results. A waste of time and money and especially during a pandemic could not understand why coming into the infectious disease unit, or any hospital is not ideal. Ignored my email and call weeks ago. Urgent care would have been more efficient. Just an indifferent practice overall.
