Dr. Qui Le, DPM

Arrived five minutes early for new patient appointment. The office is rundown and shabby. A person was obviously training in reception, but neither she nor the trainer looked up for a few minutes. After I signed in, the trainer finally took my pre-filled-out paperwork and said the receptionist-trainee would be with me shortly. After awhile, I sat down. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time, I left without ever having been acknowledged or checked in. No one ever said anything else to me. By the time I left, the room was overflowing with patients, so it's improbable that I would have been seen anywhere close to my appointment time. Cannot comment on Dr. Le since apparently seeing him was never actually going to happen. He's a podiatrist, not a cardiologist or an obstetrician who sees the occasional life-threatening emergency. Not a very medical or even professional office.

Super friendly and explained everything

He is in the business to rip people off not to help them. I forgot to cancel an appointment and he sent the $35 dispute to a collection agency. Stay away at all cost!

I never leave reviews but I recently received a collections notice from an appointment almost 3 years ago. I've never received a bill from the Foot & Ankle Institute. If so i would of paid the $107. No big deal. The problem is I cannot get in touch with anyone and when I did they took my name and never called back. I'm tired of waiting (only a few days left before hitting my credit score) so I told myself I'll pay the collections company without hearing from the Foot & Ankle Institute.

I did not want to give 1 star. I usually don't leave reviews, but if I can save one person from this "office" I feel like I've done my part. This place is awful. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel as if you are invisible. I stood at the window while two members of the office looked over me. Not so much as a hello. Once I was brought to the back I could hear staff talking and joking about other patients. This is the most unprofessional place of business I've been to in a while.

Dr. Le had advised me to purchase a $300.00 orthotiic that I ultimatelt did not need. The problem was a callus. I was having difficulty walking. I called and talked to staff three times and never heard from Dr. Le. I finally went to the office and they told me I would have to make an appointment to explain my pain. I would not recommend him or his staff to anyone in pain.

Dr was very professional and patient and detailed. Made sure I clearly understood my procedure. Great bedside manner.

He has wonderful bedside manner. He's an excellent Doctor
