Her PA refused to continue talking to me
I had seen Dr. Wu twice and found her cold and lacking empathy. I decided to give her at least one more chance after she got labs back. I went to the third appointment thinking she would tell me the lab results, instead I was seen by a PA, at least that’s who I thought she was, she never told me. She didn’t introduce herself. She started off demanding the lab results and where they were done. She said they hadn’t received them. I told her I didn’t remember and besides the lab was supposed to send Dr. Wu the results. She kept demanding I give her the name of the lab and sent me back to the waiting room to contact the labs to see which one. I had recently had surgery and started feeling sick. I called Lyft to come take me home. Before I left, I heard the woman ask the office staff, “where’s that lady that’s supposed to find the lab that did her tests?”A couple of weeks later, I got a call from a staff person asking if I knew the name of the lab that did the tests. Not going back.

I could not contact Dr Wu for my medical exam reviews. The Alamo Neurology phones were always nonresponsive. Dr. Wu appears not interested in attending to her patient.I would not recommend her.

Dr Wu walked out! Zero stars!!
Went to Dr Wu with my mom. Dr Wu spent almost the whole time writing. I was trying to give her some verbal examples of what has been happening the last few months and without another word, she curtly said “I don’t want to hear anymore!”, stood up and walked out. We didn’t know if she was coming back or not and had to go ask what to do. The poor girl acted embarrassed and pointed us to the desk to check out. This lady should NOT be a doctor. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen her and she has a very cold demeanor normally anyway, but this was outright crazy. She’s impatient, has no empathy, and leaves you with stupid non-medical recommendation’s. I can hear “do yoga“ from a person in the grocery checkout line…I don’t need my doctor giving it to me (plus, mom already does yoga three times a week, which we told her and it’s in her medical history as well!). We came for someone to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and give us some science-based answers.

Dr. Wu has been unreachable. You have to actually go to her office to speak to someone front office, but they are uncaring.

Dr. Wu seems very knowledgeable. She came off detached, but i suppose it could be due to the video appointment. However, what bugs me is the office's lack of communication or connection with the patient. I called four or five times, and never received a response. It's irritating to feel irrelevant.

No empathy, as she cancelled my appts. 2x and I waited 8 months to see her. Then when I was late due to getting lost due to construction, they just said sorry its too late reschedule and I said no GOODBYE!

Showed no kind of care towards my problem. Told me to do Yoga. Tried to explain every time I try to stretch my muscles out, I would get a spasm. Looked at me funny and said to go back to a Rheumatologist, there's nothing she could do for me.

I would NOT recommend Dr.Wu.! She did not listen to the real reason I was desperately seeking help for. She told me to go to another Dr.(neurologist).for the tremor , So I am taking her advice and not going back to her. Now before this last appointment, she told me to STOP going to doctors and do yoga..for severe anxiety! She just does not show an empathetic demeanor. Not to mention she ignores the real reason you're there.
