Dr. Sahota was nonjudgmental and encouraging. She listened intently, and picked up on possibilities to make things better that I could not/ did not believe were possible in my current state. The trust she established early on also created an environment in which I felt comfortable asking directly if things could get even better. I felt a sense of safety knowing that Dr. Sahota was my doctor.

I was struggling a lot with a condition that is poorly understood in the psychiatric community. Despite having scant education about my issue, Dr. Sahota insisted she knew more than me. She believes a medical degree grants you all the knowledge in the universe. My attempts to enlighten her were blown off or scolded even when her treatments didn't work. Was extremely dismissive, condescending, didn't seem to care or try to understand. Lacks compassion and critical thinking necessary to help cases not outlined in a textbook. Even went as far as implying I was making it up. Enormous waste of time and money.
