Didn’t get test ordered
March 11 asked for a 3D of father’s heart and it was never ordered. Dr. Christopher Nofar, the head Dr on the team is even more unprofessional. No record of the family requesting this report. A week later, my dad ended up in ICU with heart failure. Sure wish her and her team would have listened to us and followed up with this test instead of ignoring us. Dr. Nofar should not be dealing with families of loved one and should be sitting behind a desk. If you meet him for a minute, you will agree.
