Thank you Dr. Lam & Team
DiversesDr. Prudence B. Lam and her fabulous Oncology team deserve standing ovation for the immense support I received going through my breast cancer journey. Dr. Lam has been extremely caring and considerate during this hard time, she and her team was always available and she always took the time to listen, hear me out and answering all of my concerns and questions. Thank you Dr. Lam and also NP Bing Lin for the wonderful care and treatment! I will never forget the outstanding support I received.

Great physician
Dr. Lams knowledge of NHL and compassion stood out first. I have been under Dr Lams care for approximately 1 and half years. When first diagnosed, I said I wanted to get a second opionion and she totally agreed with me. Dana Farber agreed with Dr. Lams diagnosis and health plan for me. I am very pleased with Dr. Lam's care, the office staff and Infusion Team They are wonderful

Former Patient Lots of RED FLAGS
Dr. Prudence Lam was my doctor and completely missed my cancer. She ignored troubling blood work, ignored my complaints of illness, copied and pasted her notes from my previous doctor (who left Mount Auburn Hospital after numerous patient complaints) and ignored my concerns during treatment. My previous doctor, unbeknownst to me, had been copying and pasting notes for several years. I would never recommend this doctor or anyone from Oncology and Hematology at Mount Auburn Hospital. I ended up transferring my care mid treatment to a Boston hospital and the difference in care is amazing. I have made it a point to tell others my story in hopes that they can be aware of the signs of a dangerous doctor. I believe that had I stayed at Mount Auburn Hospital and under her care I could have died or lived with much worse side effects of chemo than I have now. Don't make the mistake I did. Don't trust your care with her or Mount Auburn Hospital.

Great care at a vulnerable time
I found Dr. Lam and the whole team at Mt Auburn Radiological Oncology to be caring and engaged yet efficient. Every time I arrived at the office I was greeted by the office staff and techs like a friend. They clearly go out of their way to put patients at ease. Most visits I was taken back for treatment less than 5 minutes after arriving and only waited a few minutes beyond that once when they were short staffed. Dr. Lam is warm and down to earth and explained the therapy in a way that was easy to understand. Anyone who gets radiation treatment does so by necessity but Dr. Lam and her team made the experience as pleasant and stress free as it could possibly be.
