Waited 45 minutes after being in a room for the doctor to come in and I finally asked the nurse if I had been forgotten. A few minutes after that, the doctor came in, spent 5 minutes with me leaving me with wanting to find a different doctor. Of the 3 times that I have seen him, my impression of him is unfriendly and not confident of having him as a doctor.

This doctor overbooks new patients and doesn’t provide the long term care they need. They all end up finding a different pulmonologist. He is clearly prioritizes money over patient health.

I received a referral to this doctor, and immediately was called by the scheduling department, for a home study, the first machine they gave me had faulty barriers and I needed I repeat the study, then with no explanation I was told I had to do and overnight study, paid $1100 and the was told I had to have a CPAP no reason given and never talked to the doctor ... only the scheduling staff .. who were rude and did not explain what was happening ... the staff was only interested now getting my money

I have been trying to help this team get paid for services they provided me back in 2015. No matter how many times I tell them to send paperwork to Tricare (my insurance) they fail to do so. Now they want to send me into collections for their payment. They can not, I'm fully covered by Tricare. I even tried to do a three way call with Tircare and this team, they hung up on them. WHAT? The doctor is a good man but his staff either hates him or they are complete idiots.

Unresponsive staff. You either get voicemail (and then no one calls you back) or you get staff that just wants to pawn you off on the other staff that is sick that day (by taking a message). Do not recommend.
