Did not provide a complete physical examination, didn't check lymph nodes, reflexes, feet, skin conditions, blood in stool, hernia, prostate, etc. Ignored patient concerns and failed to suggest follow up care to determine extent of injury. Lost trust in her ability to ability to provide complete medical care.
