Great Doctor, staffing/scheduling issues
I’ve been a patient almost 4 years since after my previous physician retired. I find Dr. Maharaj to be very attentive, knowledgeable and takes her time with me. What I am concerned about, she’s had a change of staff and it is difficult to get through to schedule appointments or when I leave a message have someone call me back to schedule. Last time I left a message I didn’t hear from anyone for several days. My last office visit the nurse (?) that did my vitals gave me the impression this may be her first job as she seemed quite rushed, rattled easily, kept apologizing (for what I didn’t know). Let’s just say I’m glad she didn’t have to poke me with a needle as I’m unsure she’d know how.

Terrible customer and unprofessional staff
I have been going to this office for a year. The Dr may be competent but her staff is rude, the wait times are unreasonably long and she is the most condescending professional I have ever met.

Dr. Maharaj’s office is small so it isn’t overwhelming like other doctor offices which is nice. With that being said, I have had a disappointing experience with this doctor during a recent visit which showed a lack of professionalism and quite frankly she was rude. I will not continue to go to someone who I can’t trust.
