One of the best doctors I've ever had. She went far out of her way for me - she'd explain things and follow up to see what I understood and what my thoughts and preferences were. I don't know if I'll ever find a doctor as good as her.

Dr. Joshi is very patient and listens to me (even though I tend to prattle on and on with useless info), she renders positive feedback that I can gainfully employ. I look forward to my next visit with her. (even though I have not followed all of her advice.)

As a hospitalist, she was clearly too tired to deal. Instead of examining the patient, reading the chart, and listening to what the patient had to say, she decided she knew better and put the patient in discomfort. There was no use in discussing what worked, because she clearly thought she knew better.
