Dr. Prerna Suri, MD

I have a very high risk pregnancy after 7 prior losses and had to see her last minute regarding my blood pressure readings at home instead of my normal amazing doctor. She was not at all reassuring and the answers she gave me for my issues were extremely dismissive and she was not through. I don't even think she looked at my history before entering the room.

I had a great experience with Dr. Suri! She was thorough, compassionate, and informative. Would highly recommend her to anyone. She made a stressful experience easier.

Dr. Suri is a great physician. Her bedside manner was fantastic. She took time to explain what was going, provide options that were evidence based, and took time to listen to my concerns. She is compassionate, smart, and the best OB I have ever had.

I've been seeing Dr.Suri for several years (since I was ~16) and she is just the best. She makes you feel comfortable and taken care of by explaining procedures, symptoms, medications and any questions or concerns you have. I've been to a few other gynecologists before when Dr.Suri is unavailable, but nobody compares. A knowledgeable and kind doctor!

I was 9 minutes late for my appointment due to a childcare issue. When I arrived, I apologized to the receptionist, who rudely told me to wait as she was in the middle of something. Then she said that Dr. Suri was with a patient and because I was "late" Dr. Suri may or may not be able to see me and I should "have a seat". After 10 minutes waiting, I asked if Dr. Suri would be able to see me after her current appointment (that was obviously running late too!) or if I should reschedule. She

Incompetent and negligent doctor. Takes short cuts and is not thorough. Her care was similar to experiencing an act of violence.

Dr. Suri is very caring and attentive! Throughout my pregnancy (which was straight-forward), I was happy to have a kind, friendly and informative doctor. She was always available to answer all of my questions. She is very easy to talk to and a great listener. I would highly recommend her!

Excellent Physician!!!!!! She is very compassionate and very courteous. The time that was spent during my visit was very informative and i felt that all my concerns were addressed. Great asset to Northshore Keep up the good work.

Dr. Suri is very passionate about medicine and her patients. I can say that she has been more than a doctor to me and every time I go to see her I always see her other patients happy and that energy truly makes me feel good as I know she is loved and admired by all of come to her. I highy recommend Dr. suri

I seen Dr. Suri several times throughout the course of my pregnancy. She is so pleasant and understanding. During the course of my pregnancy, I like most new mothers was had millions of questions. She always was so patient and didnt make it seem like " I was asking a dumb question". She is responds in a timely manner to NSC messages. And is great with following up on test results. I am looking forward to many more great memories with this practice

Suri failed to monitor my pregnancy properly. She told us the baby was healthy at a 10 week appt, despite multiple inquiries into the baby's size on the ultrasound, which showed no features. Based on her reassurances, we told our family and paid for a DNA test, when 3 weeks later it was discovered the baby only grown to 6.5 weeks. As a result, we had a D&C. Although it could not have been avoided, we could have avoided additional heartache if the doctor would have been more thorough.

Dr. Suri is one of the worse doctors in this practice. This dr is completely negligent, I was pregnant with high risk and she should've put me on bed rest or do an ultra sound, but she wouldn't. I had severe swelling on my feet that I could not walk or wear my shoes but she wouldn't listen. I ended up being rushed to the hospital at 38 wks after another dr did a test and found out my baby's heartbeats were dropping. I delivered 2 weeks early, my baby had low birth weight. I could've lost her!

Very UN-professional and mean or rude. Seek Dr. Simon or Dr. Swenson if you had to stay within the same group.
