Dr Mathai explained everything I needed to know. He ordered blood work and it was done the same day. He's very thorough.

He seems to not believe what I am telling him. Why I would make things up is beyond me. He has no explanation for my problems and really offers no interest. No empathy or sympathy.

Went there two times. I liked the doctor, but I had to wait 1 hour for him the first time. The second time I waited almost as long, at least 45 minutes (and my appointment was at 820am). Both times, no one came in and checked on me or said hey sorry it will be a little longer. Poor customer service. Wouldn't go back if I had a choice

I've been seeing Mathai for around 10 years and he has always been and still is very friendly, and has a smile for me. And his treatment to address my condition has given me better quality of life. He's so dedicated to his patients 100%. Thank you so much for everything! The receptionist and nurses are wonderful too, always so kind, and patient with me when I have trouble finding words to talk with them.

This was truly theeee BEST experience I have ever had with Premier !! This doctor I saw, was so kind, caring, compassionate and took the time to really listen and answer any questions that I had - he was great !!! The nurse/MA that bright me back to the room, for my appt. was great and the gal checking me out was wonderful as well !! Very pleased?

Doctor was excellent at listening to all details and only asked questions after my replies or describing why I was there. Questions were largely specific, detailed and clear. Discussing his findings was briefly detailed and covered all issues concerned. Very interactive, patient, detailed, thorough and clearly informative.
