I recently had to switch my provider as doctor Preeti Varughese was my provider. I’m not a complicated patient. I will call for my meds, and if I need an appointment, I had reached out in regards to needing a doctors note of which, even though she had not seen me during the event, what happened she still wrote me a note. I was informed that the note needed more information of which I did put in a request through the portal. When I had not received anything back, I called the office and was informed she was not in and that I would get a note upon her return. That same day, I received a call from someone at the facility, and it was not a very pleasant cold. I was informed that the doctor would not be putting in a note for me and basically made to feel like a liar and just uncomfortable. I was confused because the doctor was not in so I reached out to her and asked for a phone call it’s been a month. Regardless of the situation if a patient is asking to speak with you and make a call.

Incompetent and put my mental health caring for my mom right after and before a stroke at risk in more ways I can explain. It's unfathomable.

Dr. Varughese he is a kind, caring, very attentive doctor. In fact she is the most attentive doctor I have seen and I am in my mid-50s. I have a series of problems which have been very difficult to manage, yet she takes the time to check in on each of those problems and how I am doing. She is very proactive in giving me recommendations, explaining, treatment with useful medications, and making me feel cared for. She’s a great listener and questioner: such rare and important qualities in a doctor. I havn’t had luck at CMH with most doctors: several were aggressive, demeaning, and dismissive about issues affecting my wellbeing, thus aggravating my PTSD. I suffer from complex PTSD, arthritis, DDD, stenosis, failed operations that left me mentally & physically debilitated. As well as long Covid. With complex problems it’s incredibly important that your doctor know who you are, your history, care about you & be prepared when you come in. Dr. V always is & I’m very grateful for her help.

I've been to see dr. Varughese several times now and I cannot say enough great things about her. She listens, she doesn't rush the appointments, and isn't quick to hand out prescriptions at a drop of a dime. I am so happy to have finally found a primary care doctor with who I can hold a great conversation about my health and offers great advice and help to reach my goals. She is kind and really made me feel comfortable.
