Dr. Preeti Gupta, MD

Dr Gupta certainly does have an ego problem as stated in the other reviews. She speaks so rudely to family, patients and even the staff. Poor bedside manner. Even the nurses told us that no one likes her and she is extremely difficult to deal with

This woman should not have the title of Dr. Gupta. She never examined me, never listened to me and once I had major surgery tried discharging me from hospital within hours. The discharging was an everyday topic with her. She would stand at the door and talk at me not with me and said absolutely nothing other than "go home." Today is day 13 that I'm still in the hospital getting worse instead of better. If this doctor is assigned to you ask to speak to patient advocate or case manager to be seen by another physician. She is a menace to the medical community.

Terrible bed side manner. Doesn’t listen to a word you say. Cold hearted. spoke with several different patients and not one was happy with her. Definitely a big ego. Quick to say there’s no hope for her patience while I counterpart doctor while she’s in the room explaining that the patient is doing great.

This Dr’s judgments and ego get in the way of her giving the proper care,she was taking no suggestions from anyone,misdiagnosed me,and discharged me when I came in concerned of my condition 2 weeks after brain surgery still in the same condition I walked in as

She was assigned to me at methodist hospital during a severe asthma attack and did not even examine me or answer any questions I had and left me confused and with no answers or help at all. My discharge papers and meds that I asked her to explain and discuss with me fell on deaf ears. My total time interacting with her during this horrible time in my life prob 10 mins.

No I would absolutely NOT recommend this Doctor to any friends family or strangers. Very unprofessional, doesn’t take accountability for her patients care and doesn’t provide proper patient oversight to ensure that her patient is properly diagnosed and conditions addressed. Spent more time making excuses and blaming the nursing staff than addressing the issues that she was responsible for and should have taken charge of and followed up on herself.
