Great experience
Dr. Rajendran delivered my second child. She was extremely friendly and made me feel calm. The delivery went extremely smoothly. She also had to remove a cyst before the delivery and that went smoothly as well. Very positive experience overall!

Careless patient care
I was scheduled to have an appt with Dr. Rajendran for a lump in my breast that I had scheduled weeks prior. I mistakenly went to the wrong location (on time), but rushed to the correct office to make the 15 min grace period. When I called the receptionist to explain my situation, I was told to come anyway. Even though I arrived within the grace period & called ahead of time, the doctor refused to see me. I explained everything & included that I don't live in the state anymore & cannot reschedule; she was still unwilling to compromise, even after I sobbed in the waiting room out of stress from the situation/my body. She clearly does not care about her patients, is petty in nature, & does what is best for her. Luckily, the other doctor was kind enough to see me after hearing the situation, & thank god she did; I would've been very uncomfortable having Dr. R as my provider after the way she handled the situation. I left feeling vulnerable & like an inconvenience to all involved. 0 stars

So cold and unprofessional
Do not see this doctor. She does not have empathy or people skills. She did not explain anything on why my pregnancy may or may not be viable. I didn’t even get any paperwork, not even a copy of my ultrasound image

Insensitive and Rushed
I went to see Dr. Rajendran for a follow up after having an ultrasound done at Paoli hospital due to concerns regarding new pregnancy. It was a Friday afternoon and although she was very friendly the appointment felt very rushed and she did not answer my question. I was 5 weeks pregnant and although she identified the gestational and yolk sac since there was not a visible fetal pole she was confident I was going to miscarry. Quickly she stated at my next appointment (in a week) they would confirm this and go over options for medically inducing a miscarriage. I was shocked. Since I had read that many times women/doctors are not able to see the fetal pole that early what is the latest week you could go without seeing it without a concern. She said “good question, I’m not sure”. Lastly, in the notes she stated there was a chaperone in the room when there was not. I left feeling confused and upset as the whole thing was rushed and insensitive. I went back the next week and healthy baby.

Seemed nice at first
I was seen by Dr. Rajendran only twice but I have been left feeling unseen, unheard, and frustrated. She ignored the history I was providing because it didn't match up with her diagnosis of "You're fat". She would say one thing to my face and then the visit summaries would reveal that we discussed my "morbid obesity" and that I was frustrated "that there was no other source" of my condition. She told me multiple times that we were going to decide on birth control options after getting results from testing but then I was told by a nurse that the doctor was waiting on MY decision. Therefore postponing my treatment for another MONTH. She really wanted me to get an iud even though I declined and said I'd rather go with pills if they were an option. Everything boiled down to my weight despite this condition existing before I was overweight. So, yes, I am frustrated. But it's not because there's no other POSSIBLE source for my condition, I'm frustrated because I was ignored and given up on.

The absolute best
Do not pay any mind to these bad reviews. Very inaccurate. Dr. Rajendran was one of the best parts of my pregnancy and I’m so thankful for her! Down to Earth, loving, relatable, and funny. She will make you feel as comfortable and as important as if you are taking to a friend and I can’t think of anything you’d want more in a doctor. I recommend her to everyone and I can’t wait to see her and catch up with her when I book my annual check up!

The appointment was incredibly rushed and she delivered potentially upsetting results in such a nonchalant and rushed way that it is clear she has no understanding of how emotional the journey of pregnancy and motherhood are. Clearly a green doctor who may have the knowledge and education required but needs to work on her interactions with patients.

All I want to say is never book an appointment with her no matter what. She is not a professional doctor at all. How a doctor can be so rude with her patients. I would give 0 rating if I get the option.
