Dr. Preethi Dendi, MD

This was my first visit to see Dr. Preethi R. Dendi, MD, at Medical Associates Of Central New Jersey. I was exceptionally pleased with meeting Dr Dendi. She took the time to carefully review my medical history as it related to a potential issue that appeared on my recent CAT scan. I was very pleased with her knowledge and professionalism, especially her proactive approach to finding out how to validate the potential issue through various testing procedures and then to be able to work together to set a course of action.

This was my third call here. Each call I was placed on hold and everyone stated they accept emblems today another person said they don't and 'I don't know what to tell you'. How rude didn't even explain out of pocket expenses . The reviews here are true run away. The doc might be good but the office staff is horrible wasted my time and I gave them a tied shot trying to get an appointment

I needed a letter of compliance with my CPAP from Dendi for my job. Today was my 4th weekly call without a call back. Office told me she is very busy. Too busy to return one of four calls in a month? Rediculous!

Terrible. Waste of time and money. Must have negative covid test if unvaccinated even though blood work confirms antibodies. Long wait in office only to be seen for 2 mins for at home sleep study. They refused to book test as routine so it won't be covered under insurance. The people at front desk are clueless just avoid at all costs.

Dr.Dendi is very professional, caring and great doctor. Stuff is very professional very helpful working working my insurance for getting all the approvals.

She is afraid of Covid 19 so she canceled my husband's appointment several times. He is fully vaccinated .He was her patient for 4 years . What kind of doctor is she ?Ridiculous.

Hi, I visited this Doc in the month of Nov 2020 and got appointment as New patient. One of the worst office staff and doctor is also ok. She doesn't pay attention and how can a doc write a patient name wrong on the prescription. Highly distracted staff. Make sure your appt. is confirmed for that day as they will cancel at their end and will not inform the patient. And inspite of giving Insurance details how can they screw up the billing. I get a bill for $550 with some wrong Insurance details which is not mine. Make sure you pick up all your documents like DL, Insurance card etc. without forgetting once they make copies.

Dr. Dendi is a phenomenal dr., but if your wanting a staff that is friendly and helpful; RUN AWAY. This is the worst staff at any doctors office ever. The office manager Michelle does not respond on messages left for her and when you finally get her she is rude, obnoxious, and disrespects the patients. Di not go to this office you will regret it.

Dr Dendi is an awesome doctor to me and my entire family! staff is knowledgeable about insurance and answered all my questions! dr dendi herself spent so much time with me , she made me feel so comfortable, she is so personable and explained clearly what needs to be done regarding my health. I am so happy to have found her and her office! i highly recommended her to my extended family and they feel the same way about her! All in all Dr Dendi is an excellent doctor!

highly recommend this doctor... the professionalism when checking in to checking out, the front desk made sure all my documents were transferred over from my previous doctor and then Dr.Dendi gave me her upmost undivided attention and made sure that at the end of the visit my medications were sent to the correct pharmacy and gave me a courtesy. call 3 days later to check how I was feeling.

See July 23rd review. This is a continuation. Received word from my Primary records from Dr Dendi were faxed. Upon requesting to see the records sent to my Primary the Dec 2018 Sleep Study WAS NOT FAXED!!!. Therefore, my results are floating around somewhere, or lost. Hmmm HIPAA violation?!!

Dr. Dendi is by far the best sleep specialist i have had the pleasure to be seen by. Seriously, she is amazing. Her staff is beyond helpful and getting my CPAP was a breeze. I'm so glad i found her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I hate engaging with her office and the Dr. as well. they use the answering serviced between 12-2 but that doesn't mean you will hear back from the doctor once they return. On the contrary, the Dr. leaves early! No one calls back. They say they are going to send a prescription to the pharmacy but 2 hrs later, it doesn't happen! So now you need to reach out to the doctor on call!i I'm getting out and looking for another office. The level of frustration and nonsense is too much.

Dr. Dendi is not a bad physician if it ended there. It took me 90 days with visits to get a report to CPAP provider for Medicare compliance before this was done. She lost my records, kept promising follow up with provider, said she would sign the papers but a week later still didn't do it. She said she would call in a prescription and left for the day. Prescription reminders are the worst. They don't even use electronic transmission for prescriptions. I'm changing Dr and office. Worst.

She asked me to call her 3 weeks after my first visit, so that she could call my CPAP provider to discuss my care. I then called her 5 times over two weeks, speaking with Kayla who advised that she cannot do anything other than continue to leave messages. I also left a message for Michele, the office mgr in the Old Bridge office on 9/20/18. No reply from her either as yet. I wasted $40 and an hour and half in time meeting her. I am very disappointed in her lack of courtesy and compassion.

Dr. Dendi is good with patients but her staff not so much. There is not such thing as professionalism. I have constantly chase the staff for refills reminders, followup and sharing test reports with Secondary Pulmonary specialist. I am on an urge of changing the Doctor because of the poor behavior from the staff.

I met Dr. Dendi when my husband was admitted to raritan bay hospital in 2014. She became his doctor when he developed breathing probs. so bad he was put on life support. He was then diagnosed with COPD among other things. Dr. Dendi was the main doctor who kept in touch with me every step of the way during his hospital stay. I never met a more compassionate doctor. She was very patient and took her time to answer every question. She is the best, still takes care of him, wouldn't trade her.
