Dr. Praveen Rastogi, MD

would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone. spent thousands of dollars, between out of pocket and insurance, trying to get the right sleep apnea treatment, allergy treatments. would take 2-3 weeks to get a call back. still would not get answers. They could not communicate why? I had to do leg work to find out what was needed, over 9 months and still no answers or machine, absolutely ridiculous. they only seem interested in the money they can get. Always paid the co-pay, always asked what was balance, and got no answers. Did not approve card to be on file, but they kept it and used it , so do not us a debit card, they will just take out , without notifying you. They just don't care. I would give less stars if possible.

I have not seen Dr. Rastogi for the last 3 visits or longer. The attending person is very polite but I would like to see the Dr. at least a few times a year, thus; its impossible for me to rate him on performance in terms of trustworthiness, explaining, or answering questions. The office staff (receptionists and nurses) are very polite, helpful and will get an answer for any non-medicalquestion that I have. Highly unlike that I will recommend him.

Horrible - so far he is an hour late for my appointment. Unacceptable.

BEWARE!!!! Dr Rastogi, is unprofessional, incompetent and doesn't follow through with his promises. He agreed to send in my prescription, upon next refill was told Dr Rastogi never called it in. Discussed it with office staff and then doctor and Dr. Rastogi refused even receiving my sleep studies even though I handed him a copy of them myself. BEWARE!!!!

Excellent bedside manner. Treats all facets of pulmonary disease, including, but not limited to sleep apnea.

Do not use this Dr. He"s got a bit of an attitude and his office tried to charge us canceling a sleep study on a Sunday. They tried the old busineds day bit scam but the appt was cancelled about fifty hours beforehand. Their paper never specified wht days they consider business days and Clearly Sunday is considered a business day since they are seeing patients. Loop hole city and we won't be returning.
