tried to provide me with medication without explaining what those medications were for ; did not ask any questions about prior medical or mental health history to determine if her suggested meds could be taken with any meds i may have already been taking ; in general , not the kind of person I would ever recommend to speak with a person who is experiencing suicidal ideations ; i felt like a prisoner and not a patient ..

This doctor is dangerous and will ruin your life
This doctor forced me into taking a dangerous life ruining injection against my will at the New Bridge Medical Center prison center and caused serious side effects and permanent health problems. Do not agree with anything this doctor says and any type of treatments with this doctor. She is an evil little doctor. This doctor should have her license revoked.

We had a consult with her for our aunt. She took time in explaining to us about the condition and the treatment options. Easy to schedule appointment. Approachable.

Unprofessional, borderline incompetent. Doesn’t listen, decides she knows better than her patients.

Dr Nair showed patience to listen to me and my kid. She understands what a family goes through and gave us proper guidance. It was easy to get in touch with her through her office

Dr was thorough in her evaluation. She gave us a honest opinion and referred us to a therapist. Dr Nair gave options to my Son and told us about the importance of therapy rather than medication

Don't believe anyone that writes a positive about her. I saw her at Newbridge and she's absolutely terrible. Bad social skills, had me in there for over a week when I should have been there for only a week, and she just kept giving me more and more medication against my will for no good reason. She should have her license revoked.

Dr. Nair shows no compassion for mentally ill people. She disregarded all of my complaints about the side effects of medication. She spent not even a minute talking to me per day. All she did was give me more and more medication until I complied. I was terrified everyday I had to speak to her that I would say the wrong thing and she would dope me up more.

I never understood why someone would choose this profession if they truly have no compassion for those that are mentally ill. She refuses to meet with families of patients at New Bridge Medical (formerly Bergen Regional). Wants to give medication to sedate and not actually treat. If you can make a choice, choose to stay away.

She was my appointed doctor at Bergen Regional. She SEEMS nice and understanding, but don't let that fool you. First of all, she's NEVER there. I spoke to her for all of 5 min on my 2nd day there, the 3rd day she didn't show up for work, and then decided to take back her permission to release me, and then on the 4th day all she said to me was, "so are you ready to go home today?" (Note: I SHOULD have been sent home on day 2...but that's a different story.) Her presence was an absolute joke!

I was referred to dr Nair by another dr and what a relief to meet someone so empathetic and down to earth. I have sent a friend to her and she was equally pleased. Son does not connect with many and is very picky ,but feels comfortable with her.I love her personality ,her attentiveness and quick replies. So far I thank God for her ... A life saver for sure ,?

Her credentials may be top notch, but her social skills suck. Specifically at Bergen Regional when I was hospitalized there.
