Dr. Prashant Reddy, DDS

The day before the appointment I called the office to utilize the patient payment plan on their web site to cover the after insurance balance. The receptionist stated she would check with the Dr to see if it would be ok to utilize the payment plan. I waited the entire day for the call and noticed that I missed a call at 4:30pn (which is close of business for this office). Of course I tried to call back and only received the answering service. I noticed also she did not leave a message, nor did I receive an email. Today I’m ready for my appointment but wanted to make sure the payment plan was in place. I called the office to confirm only to be told that the physician would not allow me to utilize the payment plan. I inquired why the form was an option if it couldn’t be utilized . The receptionist stated that the IT department failed to remove the form. Never once tried to accommodate or take responsibility for the misinformation THEIR OFFICE provided. Dr. Reddy is a professional and friendly doctor. My daughter and I had a great experience with her wisdom teeth surgery from the appointment setup, surgery date and follow up appointment. His front office is also amazing and very customer service oriented. Thank you so much for doing an excellent job.
