Dr Patel and his staff are excellent. However, (and I believe it was explained Dr. Patel had been called to the Hospital) there was an almost 1 hour solitary wait in an exam room - with no contact/explanation; until I stepped out in the hall to find out what was goin on. A periodic look/in-explanation to the waiting patient would be appropriate. Thank you. [phi removed]
