Extremely poor! Set in office more than 2 hours waiting for Dr., who never showed. Ended up taking my husband to emergency room after spending all that time at Dr. Patel’s. He is more interested in Sleep Apnea testing than Pulminology medicine.

Don't question your patient care or you will receive a letter of refusal to care for you. I have been a patient of Dr Patel's for over five years and have lung fibrosis, reduced lung function, asthma, and lung nodules. I questioned my patient care because of only 1 CT in 5 years to follow my lung nodules and prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy. I asked for Dr Patel to contact me and instead I received a written letter dropping me from his care. Be careful of trusting his office and question.

The worse ever! Believe me when I say he doesn’t care about the well being of a patient just his beliefs in what he thinks will work. Went to the ER many times after he refused to offer any further help and told me I should go see another doctor. What a slap in the face. But you know what GOD makes things like this happens because now I can go to a REAL doctor. He is a joke and a will have you fighting to breathe!!!

I had an appointment here and my experience was very unpleasant. The staff is very disrespectful and rude. As a new patient, I was early before my appointment and was not seen at my appointment time. Another patient who came in after me, was seen before me. I had to wait even longer. This office is a joke and doesn't respect their patients or the patients times. I will not EVER go back.

Dr Patel himself is very nice. As for follow up, if you don't have money to pay for everything up front don't use this Dr. They will terminate you as a patient and you cannot get CPAP supplies unless your bill is paid.the patients health is not the priority, money is.

Worst doctor EVER!!!! I have severe asthma and I would rather die than go back to see him. First, let me say that the staff (receptionist, medical assistants and nurse practitioner) are caring and professional. My first encounter with Dr. Patel was my last. My first visit, I came in and expressed how I was not feeling well and left with no help or medication. I was in the ER later that night and in the hospital for 3 days! He doesn't listen to the patient or have a game plan for their care!
