In looking for a top rated eye and face surgeon, part of my research was to consider Google reviews, so it seems appropriate that I write one myself for Dr. Mettu.After meeting with Dr. Mettu we decided on a series of CO2 laser treatments. My results were remarkable!!! Dr. Mettu is very knowledgeable, personable, competent and well spoken. During my treatments, he made sure to let me know exactly what he was doing at all times, as well as make sure I was feeling fine. His staff is equally great and helped me from beginning to end. Dr. Mettu is all around the most exceptional doctor I have ever met and I highly recommend!!!! I even drive over an hour because I know that Dr. Mettu and his staff will provide me with the care I need!

His skill is only matched by his attention to the patient and the details of the overall experience. I cannot say enough good things about he and those he surrounds himself with.

Dr. Mettu, was very knowledgeable about my eye lid condition. Right away advised me that only surgery would resolve the issue. Surgery was a success. After surgery, there were two follow up exams. I highly recommend Dr. Mettu!!

Dr. Mettu is a great person and surgeon. He pays very close attention to every single detail. He is meticulous about his work. He wants everyone to have a seamless and perfect outcome from their surgery. He wants to make sure that you feel comfortable through every single step of the process consultation, before surgery during surgery and after surgery. He calls his patients personally, including myself three or four times post op to make sure everything is going well and healing well. He goes out of his way to accommodate his patients. I personally had a situation where I was not able to make it into the office for my three month follow up appointment and we did a telehealth visit just so that we could connect and communicate and that Dr. Mettu could see Awesome work via computer screen. He is an amazing surgeon and amazing person . Love me some Dr. Mettu. Rose was also very helpful with insurance and pre surgical approvals and what my Portion to pay would be.

I had ptosis repair and upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Mettu and my experience was fantastic. I had done an abundance of research prior to even scheduling my initial consultation. At that point, I was anticipating having multiple other consults etc... Dr. Mettu’s bedside manner is wonderful, his office is spotless, and he is meticulous in his work. I was so wowed with my initial appointment that I proceeded to schedule surgery. The surgery went exactly as planned. Dr. Metttu was also very attentive during my post-operative period and patient with all of my questions. Now, I am 4 months later loving my new set of eyes! I would without hesitation fully recommend Dr. Mettu for any eye procedures.
