New patient - cancelled appointment
After a lot of research I made an appointment as a new patient and they cancelled two days before appointment and would only provide new appointment 3 months later...This is how much they care...

good doctor, incompetent staff
This review can be summarized by: we really like this doctor, but we have been burned by his staff's ability to get a prescription out of the proverbial paper bag (and to our pharmacy). 12/22/2022: patient seen by doctor. Three Rx requested from staff after the visit (a fourth added afterwards in phone call). 12/24/2022 (evening): Go to pharmacy - Rx is not available at the pharmacy. 12/26, 12/28, 12/30, 1/2 (closed), 1/3: calls to doctor's staff to check on why Rx was not called in, verify pharmacy information, each time get assurances that it was being called in and would be available next day, never to materialize. Pick up emergency supply of one Rx from pharmacy *twice*. 1/4/2023: escalating to patient services/advocacy at the hospital, and also writing this review in the hopes of more awareness and quick action.

Dr. Lothe is a fantastic, caring physician. I have all the confidence in the world with him, he is compassionate, and obviously very well educated. I sincerely believe that I am fortunate that Dr. Lother is my physician!

I have long gone to Dr. Lothe and I feel he keeps me healthy. His office is very good at dealing with referrals, etc.
