17 Years and still loving her! Fantastic doctor, best in class, but since joining ClareMedica, her Referral girl is dangerous to your life and health. Switching to different plan without Fran!

She is careless with prescriptions and does not take precautions based upon age and warning labels placed on dangerous prescriptions that follow with horrible side effects. She refused to sign my mothers death certificate even after knowing she was directly responsible for her death because of her irresponsible unprofessional advice.

I have enjoyed seeing Dr. Viralam for several years, as have my two daughters and husband. It has been easy to schedule appointments, and more importantly, it is easy to talk to her about personal medical problems and issues.

My experience with dr.viralam was very poor. She is inconsiderate and unprofessional to myself and my family in times of need. She is not proactive. She is impatient. And she is borderline incompetent, as evidenced by my last encounter with her, where I called and saw her in office and described my current symtoms of abdominal pain, nauseaand vomiting etc. and I even asked her to check my blood work for gallbladder indications....she did not check my bloodwork and I had emergency GB surgery!
