Terrific Gastroenterologist
Dr. Rumalla has excellent bed side manners & is very detailed while explaining his findings. He didn't rush me while I was talking when asking questions.I highly recommend Dr. Rumalla 100 % because he is AMAZING!The staff are very polite, professional and compassionate! I had the pleasure to have 3 Nurses Leah, Emily & Arlene, they are FANTASTIC!

Colonoscopy at AdventHealth of Ocala by Dr.Rumalla
He has a great bedside manor and reassures you prior to the procedure. Afterwards He spends plenty of time with you explaining your results. This was my 4th colonoscopy in my life and by far the best experience of them all. I recommend him very highly. He is surrounded by a great staff as well.

Excellent doctor who is very caring. Explains everything. Office staff is poor at returning calls but he is a great doctor. I would recommend him.

After 2 v.m.'s attempts with no call backs I req'd an appoint. online. Nxt day rcvd call from the clinic, gave my info and Health ins. info. was told they would call to schedule the appoint. Never called. Several more v.m.'s & finally talked to a lady that said she would check & call me back. Never called. After several more v.m.'s w/ no return calls a lady took all my info AGAIN & said they would call with appoint. Never Called. Called left v.m telling them NOT to bother!! Very Unprofessional!!

He was arrogant, non responsive to what I was saying about my symptoms. Starred at the computer. Shuffled me for a colonoscopy at the out patient facility, after completely prepping for the procedure he sent me home due to an error on his part that I should have the procedure in the hospital. Then wouldn't schedule it put Me on flagyl after already taking me off it because a test confirmed I didn't have an infection. then sent certified letter dismissing me as a patient when I had an issue with
