Dr. Pouyan Changizzadeh, MD

Dr. Changizzadeh is excellent! He’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He takes the time to walk through all my test results with me, and explains what it all means. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Changizzadeh entered the room fully informed of my recent treatments and the results of an MRI and CT scan. The scan results unfortunately delivered bad news. Dr. C made proposals for treatment based on them and allowed me to choose. The session was highly satisfactory.

Dr Nick is easy to talk too and very kind, and on time !

The entire practice is very well organized. There is no 30 minute or more wait in the waiting room.

This was my 3rd visit with 'Dr Nick'. His explanations of my condition and the latest lab results have been very informative.

First visit to Dr Changizzadeh based on referral from Dr. Tantoco'Dr Changizzadeh was very well prepared for my first visit, going over, in detail, allthe possibilities of my condition. The visit was thorough, focused and unrushed.He was clear as to what the next steps would be. I left knowing I was in good hands and my reaction as my husband and I left the building was a high five and hug!

Dr Nick was very thorough explaining my lab and scan results. He took time to answer all questions I had, going into detail when needed. He is very serious about his profession… as I’ve said before, if you want a doctor who will pat you on the back, he’s not your man. If you want a Dr that communicates well and is focused on why you are there, Dr Nick is your man.

He is very caring and knowledgeable. He listens and takes the time to ensure he understands and has a plan to help address your issues.

Dr. Nick was so kind my first vist and continues after 2+ years to be so caring and is very thoughtful. If there is a problem he will go to the extreme to find any and all answers. I feel he is a blessing and appreciate him on always answering all my questions and explains everything always!! One of my favorites and appreciate having him as my Doctor. The greatest blessing is everyone you speak to in that office is amazing.

I have rare the rare disease of Amyloidosis, followed for 10 years at ECHO. I am in a research program at Boston Medical and I am Dr. Nick's only amyloidosis patient. He covers every nook and cranny of my system, and looks for guidance and knowledge everywhere. I'm rare. HE is rare, too. I won't go anywhere else but ECHO!.

Dr. Nick goes above and beyond for hid patients. This man is always spot on with his knowledge and expertise. I have never felt more comfortable. with any other doctor in my life and that even goes for my primary cares. I have been dealing with a laundry list of symptoms for a couple years now and Dr. Nick has gone above and beyond to reassure me that its nothing serious. He has even gone as far as ordering extra labs and imaging just for my own peace of mind, labs that not even my PCP would order due to not truly listening or caring. Dr Nick. Truly cares about his patients and even when hes confident that everything is fine he still goes the extra mile to prove and reassure me that everything is ok even when I had a hard time trusting due to past doctors. Everything he has said he has been spot on accurate, I may have been a bit of a pain due to my own worries but he has proved time and time again that his knowledge and professionalism is UNMATCHED! I dont trust anyone as much as him!

The staff has been phenomenal in caring for my husband. They are always positive and truly do care about the patient experience and outcome. Dr. Nick and APRN Katelyn Spencer are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and always ask a lot of questions to be sure that nothing is missed. The nursing staff is always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and ensure that he is comfortable and not experiencing any difficulties during treatments. We feel very confident being in the care of the ECHO team!
