outstanding doctor and staff... i have recomend at less 50 woman to go to the office... my mom... at leace goes two my go neighbors... an many more.... every one is so nice and place is so clean ...i give 5 stars

I have seen Dr.Riley and Michele (PA-C) for over 2 years. Their office has always been kind, clean and to the point. After many issues with my gynecological health, they talked me through my upcoming surgery and checked on me, making sure all was good. I’ve never had an issue with this office.

Do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of. I was diagnosed with issues I didn’t have just to be charged an additional office visit. So disappointing!

I ALWAYS USE DR RILEY AND HOPE SHE NEVER RETIRES. SHE IS ON TIME AND IS INTERESTED IN MY HEALTH.

Dr. Riley performed a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy on me in June. I highly recommend Dr. Riley and her staff. They are very professional, explained the procedure. I trust Dr. Riley and her staff of Physician Assistants. I am so happy that I have a doctor that I like and trust.

I have been very pleased with the level of service and care that I have received at this Dr's office. I first went there with a issue they ran the appropriate tests and found out I had a very large cyst. They drained it in the office and it has not came back. I recommend this office all the time.

I have had multiple pleasant experiences with this office, the cost is a bit higher but worth it to me for the cleanliness, kindness, and comfort I feel. I am so thankful that I found this office, I had surgery last year and was very pleased with the outcome and treatments. I will continue for my annuals and I recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

Beware they just want money. Lazy office girls... You are just a pay check to them........

first experience was great with her P A C Ashley. i ws told i had abnormal pap and needed colopscopy.after waiting two weeks for results was told have to repeat colopscopy again because it was worse then she thought.i decided to get second opinion, i call staff to please fax my results to another DR.for second opinion.staff in office was very rude.refusing to even give me copy when i ask.turns out it was not worse then she thought..did not have to have colopscopy!i do not recommend DR.Riley.

Dr Riley is so genuine and professional. Moving to Ocala a few years ago, I was worried about finding a good/trustworthy Gynocologist. I was recommended to use: Dr. Riley and so glad I did! Dr. Riley, Ashley (PA-C) and the entire team are nothing but awesome! They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Honestly, this is the friendliest Doctors office I have ever been too! Patient for life!

I have been a patient of Dr. Riley's for over 8 years. Her compassion is something that you rarely find anymore. She has literally held my hand thru my concerns and issues. Dr. Riley takes the time to explain what she is doing and what needs to be done. I appreciate her directness while at the same time keeping me calm.

Dr Riley, her PAs and her staff are kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. As a new patient I was able to schedule an appointment within the week, I was seen as soon as I arrived at the office and my appointment was thorough. The PA made me feel very comfortable and ensured all of my questions were answered throughout the appointment. The office staff was courteous and I felt very welcomed. I highly recommend this office and will be referring my friends and family to their care.

First off let me say that the office is beautiful and extremely clean. I have seen both the PA's and Dr. Riley. They are all very knowledgeable and I was treated great. All of my problems were answered and I would highly recommend them.

I have had many surgeries and having a small procedure in the office with anesthetic is usually not a problem IF the doc and anesthesiologist listen to and read what my reactions are...obviously they did not! I was dumbed in WMCH ER..the ER had not been told I was coming. They wanted to run some very very high cost tests on me to find out why I was in pain ..hahaha the pain was from the proceedure I had just had...and I had uncontrollable nausea. Dr Riley's office never called to see if I was ok

My mother is 80 years old & in poor health. She uses a walker & is in pain every single day. It is a HUGE effort on her part to go places. She has had numerous falls resulting in ER visits. She had an appt last month and was only 15 min late (it took some time getting out of the car). Dr. Riley refused to give her medical care because she was 15 min. late. Mom wanted to wait until dr have time to see her instead of having the difficulty of returning another day. Dr still refused. NO COMPASSION.
