Refuses to approve scripts in a timely manner
Dr Pooneh Shahmohammadi is a Gaslighting Ghost. Her greatest skill is avoiding contact and communication with her patients. Every time I’ve called, I’m told that they will have the doctor call me back right away. Guess how many times she has called me? Zero. Everytime I’ve sent a message she has someone else respond so that she doesn’t have to take responsibility. Expect to spend A LOT of time without your medications because this doctor will not renew them in a timely manner, for absolutely no reason. After this has happened repeatedly with her, I called and had them assign me a new primary care doctor. A week after I was assigned a new doctor, Dr Shahmohammadi had a colleague call me to let me know that the reason she hadn’t been renewing my prescriptions on time is because she isn’t my primary care doctor. Like…..YOU WERE! Until you were so terrible that I had to request a new one! On a scale of 1-5 she's a negative 10.

Uncommunicative, uncaring, unknowledgeable
She was not interested in helping to care for my husband's medical condition at all. Refused to renew prescriptions, did not take time to read or understand past medical records, was not interested in communicating and was unable or unwilling to explain reasoning for her actions. Would get angry about any questions or need for follow up. Overall, this is a lazy, poorly informed and uncaring doctor.

Conscientious, thoughtful and smart
My doctor retired and I was anxious that my new doctor and I got along and that she understood my record and history. She clearly had reviewed my records, made a couple of suggestions for things (getting new shingles shots, etc.). I felt she was both knowledgable and conscientious. I am very happy she is my new doctor.

Dad and I wait weeks for prescription refills, she did nothing to help me with health issues. We both changed kaiser doctors and the difference is huge. She just doesnt care anymore.

Made me wait for 40 min only to read me my history as though that’s what my appt was for. It was obvious she didn’t care and just wanted to be done. She didn’t check me for anything
