Dr. Chen listens to all concerns and provides helpful answers without worrying parents or children. He always has a smile on his face and checks in about the entire family's well-being.

He does not listen! He talks in circles and goes off on tangents to avoid answering questions. He seems to assume parents are idiots and comes across as a narcissist. If you want to feel like an active and informed part of your child’s medical care, steer clear. He seems nice when you meet him but you’ll quickly realize it’s a lot of talk.
