The best GP
He always listens and genuinely cares. Excellent bedside manner. The best home base if you will, to get you to any specialists you might need, tests, etc. In 43 years of my life I've never had such a good GP. He's just going to have to be a physician forever! I don't know what I would do without him. In fact I've made him the PCP for all of my kids. No more fooling around with doctors who don't listen and don't have the expertise, and there's lots of those out there. He's one in a million.

Dr Florintino is a truly good doctor. However staff and management are horrible. He was my doctor when he was still on Larkin Avenue and I stayed with him over three moves. Who ever is managing the office now is the worst in the 30+ years I've been his patient. Today is when I must part ways with a really good doctor. Due to office management, or lack thereof. I do this with a heavy heart. Sorry Dr. Florintino. I will miss you.

I really like Dr. Florentino, but his office staff is horrible. They do not follow through with referrals, and have horrible customer service skills. I have been told numerous times by their office staff I should call back to check on the status; when I suggested they should take MY number and call me back when they figure out who is taking care of my referral, she hung up on me!! Rude and completely unprofessional!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Florentino for over 10 years now. He always listens and Smmons the appropriate amount of time with each patient. Although there is usually a long wait time I believe this because he spends the appropriate amount of time with each patient. He is an excellent dr.
