Bad bed side manners and too dramatic for the patients lacks sensitivity and empathy.

The service was excellent.

The level of care at UCI is extraordinary. Have never met an unfriendly staff member. Currently visiting the ATC daily and everyone there is amazing. All of the RNs and assistants, NP {staff name removed} and Pharmacist Sean are just great!! It makes an unpleasant situation as good as it can be.

The Dr and team assembled to help me through my illness has been great and caring. UCI has been the best health care provider for my treatment. Thank you all very much. [phi removed]

Dr. Kongtim takes her time and explains all the new information and answers all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

It was difficult initially to get a call back to make an appt. I had to call 3-4 times to follow up

I just cannot express how incredibly impressed I was with UCI Health. It remains to be seen whether my insurance will approve the treatment that I need, but if it is approved I will feel absolutely safe and grateful to be a patient at your institution.

Dr Kongtim and the ATC staff were very helpful and provided outstanding medical care. NP {staff name removed} did a great job with bone morrow biopsy. NP Julie throughly provided step-by-step information as she performed the biopsy.

Dr. Tran in the Blood Center was excellent. He clearly knows what he is talking about, is very understanding and patient to answer any and all questions. As a patient, trust is the most important quality I look for in a doctor and I have full confidence that I will be well taken care of by him on the day of stem cell donation.

I was kind of horrified by the facility. At least where we went in hematology. It has me rethinking whether to get my stem cell transplant there.

Dr Kongtim is a great provider and always on top of my case. We are working together to resolve my medical issues. The nurses, pharmacist and assistants at the ATC are always courteous and very attentive to my medical needs.
