Felt scolded
Definitely felt like I took a verbal beating from the doctor with the tone and body language he was attributing. Not sure if he has some issues in his own personal life or his schedule is saturated with patients but I feel this appointment could have gone better from the doctors end with delivery. Definitely walked in rushed. Again not sure if this is a common theme with the doctor but I hope no one else goes through something like this. For this reason I'm documenting here in a review. I understand people have stress and work life to address but the way this individuals demeanor clouded the room was not justifiable. Best regards.

Poor and incomplete diagnosis, extreme delay in returning calls, never took patient illness seriously and ended up having complications.

We were looking for a new primary doctor and I think he is a little too busy for new patients. We were sent to Dr. Patel after our normal doctor moved out of area. We made contact with the office , my wife had x-rays taken and were told we would get a call within 24-48 hours. This was a time sensitive situation as we had plans to travel and it has now been over two weeks with no communication. The portal had limited information and my wife was only able to talk to a receptionist. We will for sure be looking for someone more responsive. I understand that all doctors are feeling overwhelmed however this seems unacceptable considering this was a lung issue in the middle of a pandemic.

Dr. Patel is my primary care physician. I dont understand the negative reviews. He has always been beyond professional and caring with me. Ive had multiple health issues and every single time he has hit the nail on the head and put me on the path to recovery. I've been to many doctors in my life and not a single one has been as detailed as him. Personally I would trust him with my Healthcare needs the rest of my life and I'd recommend him to anybody considering him.

Awful experience!! Wait time was insane (over an hour just to go back to the room), the nurse was rude and completley detached, and Dr. Patel couldn't care less about his patients. I had a health concern I was worried about and he completely blew me off. I ended up getting diagnosed by a different doctor who actually listened. I would never see him again. Very disappointed.
